What is SK Associate's goal? Our goal is simple, "to deliver success". Our strength is reliability, professionalism and conduct. We aim to achieve this goal through sustained investment in managing knowledge and information, and by creating a working culture in all our offices that enables us to offer consistently high standards of client services.

What are the main areas of business? SK Associates main areas of business is in Legal, HR Management and Information Technology.

Is the firm regulated? Our legal department (ICS Legal) are regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). This is a compulsory requirement which ensures that firms have competent lawyers and systems in placed to protect you. We are also a member of Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI).

 

As we collect personal information, it is important to us we have systems in placed to protect your data. We are a member of The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) who is responsible for regulating and enforcing the access to and use of personal information.

 

We are in the process of becoming a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), who is the only professional body dedicated to representing the whole of the recruitment industry.
